Summary
As the Operations Manager, Briana Jarnagin leads EduDream’s internal processes, client management systems, and business development. Briana grew up on the northwest side of Chicago and is both a Chicago Public Schools alumna and a first-generation college graduate. Her upbringing and personal experiences as a Latina first-gen transfer student sparked a deep curiosity in higher education’s intersections with economic mobility, social policy, and identity formation.

- MS in Higher Education Administration and Policy from Northwestern University
- BA in Geography from Northeastern Illinois University
Previous Experience
Briana has experience supporting program operations, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and student outreach across non-profit and higher education environments. Before EduDream, she held roles focused on member engagement, scholarship program management, and graduate admissions at the American Library Association and Northwestern University. She is also a 2019 alumna of the Obama Foundation Community Leadership Corps.
