Summary
Catherine Ticzon supports EduDream’s mixed methods research and education services as a Research and Evaluation Associate. As a young learner, she attended schools across several states and countries – including California, Illinois, Washington, and the Philippines. Experiencing a range of education systems firsthand shaped her early awareness of the inequities that limit access to quality education and opportunity for many learners.

Previous Experience
Catherine began her career as a bilingual teacher through Teach For America and later worked as an intervention and dyslexia specialist in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, serving Title I campuses. She then transitioned to Southern Methodist University’s Center on Research and Evaluation as an Evaluation Manager, where she led research projects alongside nonprofit organizations, school districts, and institutions of higher education. Catherine brings her ground-level perspective to systems-level research and evaluation.
