Ways We Build Community

EduDream has a close-knit, collaborative work culture that includes consistent opportunities to gather and build community virtually and in person.

Monthly Lunch & Learns are an opportunity for the full EduDream team to gather and participate in active learning to collectively discuss our work and the broader education research and policy ecosystem.
Quarterly Cafecitos bring the team together to celebrate and reflect on EduDream’s accomplishments. Team members uplift one another by highlighting how individuals have exhibited our core values.
Bi-annual Team Retreats serve two purposes: to strengthen community among team members and to strategically plan for the following year.
